me and my friend celeste met up nine days ago and did tattoo session. it is one of the oldest drawings i have ever done. i met celeste five or six years ago. she was a huge supporter of my music and art and became a good friend as well. i also very much liked her art and music. we played shows together. i remember one time i had a house show and her band almost caved in my bedroom cause so many people were crowded in to see it. people had to sit on top of my wardrobe and stick their heads in through the windows to see, it was totally amazing.
about three years ago she contacted me to have this tattooed on her, i knew i wasn’t good enough to do it yet so i had to say no, but she just kept asking and eventually, three years later, i knew i was ready. i am pretty much fucking bursting on loop with how happy i am about how it’s turned out. stick and poke of course, seven hours of work, three hours of hanging out, it was morning when we started and dark times when we finished. i love an all day tattoo.
